Project Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and licensed plumber to address plumbing needs in our apartment building located in Brooklyn, NY.
Scope of Work:
Supersede Existing Plumbing Permit: A previous plumbing permit was pulled by a plumber whose license is currently suspended. We need a licensed plumber to review the existing permit work, ensure it complies with NYC plumbing code, and pull a new permit to supersede the original one.
Install Water Meter and Tank for Apartment (Optional): If this service aligns with your expertise, we might also need the installation of a separate water meter and tank for one (or potentially more) apartment units within the building.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid New York City Master Plumber License.
Demonstrate experience in residential plumbing work, specifically permit acquisition and water meter installations (if applicable).
Provide proof of general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
References from previous clients working on similar projects in apartment buildings are preferred.
Project Timeline:
We are seeking a plumber who can start the project as soon as possible and complete the work within a reasonable timeframe. Please include your estimated project timeline in your proposal.

Company name, contact information, and website (if applicable).
Copy of valid New York City Master Plumber License.
A brief overview of your experience in similar projects.
Estimated project timeline and cost breakdown for each service (permit supersede & water meter/tank installation - if applicable).
At least 3 client references (contact information) for projects in apartment buildings.
Selection Process:
Submissions will be reviewed based on qualifications, experience, pricing, references, and proposed timeline. Shortlisted plumbers may be contacted to discuss the project further and schedule a site visit.
Please Note:
All work must comply with NYC plumbing codes.
Permits will be obtained by the selected plumber.
