Leading NYC Event Entertainment company is seeking a FULL TIME, ENROLLED STUDENT ONLY for a paid winter/spring internship. Applicant must provide proof of credit transfer for position.

Since 1993, On the we have produced thousands of corporate events, ranging from Product Launches, and Marketing and Promotional Events to Formal Galas and Award Banquets. Our exclusive roster of talent is also one of the most sought-after resources for luxury Weddings and private events around the world.
By participating in this internship, applicant can expect to gain keen insight into a thriving, boutique entertainment and event production company. Intern will have exposure and collaboration with some of the most influential Planners, Designers, venues and vendors in the event industry. As a small office, intern will work closely and directly with the Social Media Director and Sales Director, as well as President of the company
Expected Duties will include:
First and foremost: Social Media research, maintenance and oversight. Designing original posts and stories and campaign strategies.
Video Editing
Research and reporting of necessary elements of client proposals.
Client meeting support
Event preparation, including music/talent support, styling, and on-site coordination.
Administrative support
Venue scouting and venue contact updating
Video and Image archiving and indexing
Database maintenance
Qualifications: Intern should be VERY personable, outgoing, and fashionable. Musical inclination also a big plus. Flexible hours (some day, some evening, some weekend) proficiency with usual office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Video and Image editing (Final Cut, Illustrator Photoshop, Wordpress) experience.
