Hours: Flexible Afternoon Hours (2 PM - 7 PM)
Overview:
First Church, a pioneer in New Thought and motivational teachings, is seeking a part-time Content Coordinator. This vital role supports our mission by preparing foundational materials for our inspiring webinars and broadcasts, serving a growing virtual community.
Responsibilities:
Transcribe and adapt content from various media, including books, e-books, and YouTube videos, into formats suitable for webinars, presentations, and broadcasts.
Manage and organize content files using tools like Dropbox, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
Operate audio/visual recording equipment and manage virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
Utilize social media platforms to maximize the reach and impact of our content.
Collaborate with the team to streamline material collection and accessibility.
Contribute to content idea generation through diligent research and transcription.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in digital file management and transcription tools.
Experience with video recording and online communication platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for New Thought and motivational teachings.
Superior communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective writing.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in transforming raw content into first draft scripts for broadcast. Your work will directly contribute to our weekly programming, helping us reach and inspire a wider audience. Prior experience in content creation and digital media is important. (subject matter will always be motivational material)
