Should have come from a technical background, worked in a HD and grown up and out from there.
Will be hands on supporting technology, so should be comfortable with configuring PC’s.
Should have Project Management experience and some Telecomm background (would be ideal).
Ideally, would have strong Video experience (conference room systems, streaming Video or have installed Video
phones, they currently use Cisco collaboration software).
Must have excellent communication and customer facing skills.
Must be able to work under pressure with all types of users (including Doctors, Nurses, other hospital staff).
Will be providing training, so should be comfortable in that environment.
Should also understand mobile devices (Apple and/or Android).
Will travel to different locations throughout NYC and maybe some NJ locations.
