What You’ll Do:

Help employees solve computer, software, and hardware problems through email, chat, and phone.

Follow daily checklists and assist with special projects when needed.

Use our ticketing system to keep track of and resolve issues quickly.

Work with IT systems, helping to install, configure, and maintain computer setups.

Help keep systems secure by making sure everything is up-to-date with the latest releases and updates.

Support servers and networks, making sure everything is running well.

this position is for 16 hours a week. Do not apply if you can not work part time.

What We’re Looking For:

An associate’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a help desk or tech support role, or a similar job.

A good understanding of computers, software, and hardware.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others.

Great communication skills and a helpful attitude.

An eagerness to learn and grow in IT.

Experience from internships or entry-level IT jobs is a plus.

Basic knowledge of networks and systems, such as servers, routers, and firewalls, is helpful.
