Mac computer consulting firm seeks an experienced person to assist in managing and supporting its clients in Manhattan. The part-time subcontractor work is mostly remote but may involve on-site including emergency on-site response within 3 hours. The role includes managing support requests and MDM through the Addigy platform for the firm's MSP offering.
A minimum of 3-years professional experience with supporting Macintosh computers regarding installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for both hardware and software. Experience with business and creative apps is also required. Firm supports UniFi networking devices as well.
