Kyocera Copier Technician

Key Responsibilities:On-Site ServicePerform on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of Kyocera copiers and printers.Diagnose technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions.Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.Customer InteractionCollaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns.Ensure exceptional customer service during service calls.DocumentationKeep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed.TrainingProvide end-users with training on Kyocera equipment functionality.Requirements:ExperienceMinimum of 4 years as a Kyocera copier technician.Kyocera certification (preferred but not mandatory).Technical SkillsProficiency in diagnosing and repairing Kyocera copiers and printers.Familiarity with network printing and scanning configurations.Strong problem-solving abilities.Valid Driver's LicenseMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Customer ServiceExcellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.AvailabilityWillingness to travel within NJ/NY for on-site service calls.Physical StaminaAbility to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
