RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist supervisor or department head with enhancements, including patching network devices and servers, installing and upgrading software and hardware, and configuring systems.
Assist supervisor or department head to ensure daily operation of banking compliance systems by following operation procedure.
Assist team leader to prepare necessary documents and reports to the IT management.
Provide timely responses to helpdesk tickets and on-demand end users requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
College graduate or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
One year working experience in one of aspects of IT Helpdesk, Windows and Linux System Administration (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, Apache, SSH, etc.), Cyber/Information security, and etc.;
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Networking and Systems.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (strong written and oral communication skills in English and oral communication in Mandarin);
Strong knowledge in cyber security, IT operation, inventory and patch management, incident response, and etc.;
Experience supporting Windows-based and Linux-based workstations, servers and networks.
Must be able to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Require participation in periodic system updates outside of normal business hours.
Self-motivated and with strong responsibility.
Holding professional certifications of CISSP, CISA, ISACA is a good plus.
