FRONT DESK / SALON MANAGER
— MUST HAVE SALON EXPERIENCE
This is the front line of our salon, this position is the first and last interaction our clients and guests experience. This dual role is also the heartbeat of our culture. You will be asked to uphold a certain standard of professionalism and work ethic as you will be setting an example for all team members, new and old.
You MUST be a PEOPLE PERSON. You are a HOST as much as you are a manager.
Must be warm, friendly, trustworthy, and especially professional as we deal with high-end clientele. Must be able to multi-task, good with time-management, have professional phone manners as well as proficient in administrative tasks—answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner with professionalism, booking appointments, checking out clients, handling money, product sales, inventory, managing schedules to book appointments properly. handling clients coming and going, managing personalities, staff schedule, and company logistics.
