Riccardo Maggiore Salon seeks an experienced receptionist to join our front desk team. Must have the ability to manage and direct our upscale walk-in clients.
This agent of beauty will be the first point of contact with our customers.
Candidates MUST HAVE 2 to 3 years of reception experience at hair salons, waxing salons, spas or other beauty or fitness industry.
The candidate will also have outstanding customer service skills to work with our clientele.
Must be cheerful and be able to properly match our upscale walk-in clients with our talented stylists, colorists, skincare and nailcare specialists.
Applicants should be computer-literate, honest professionals who are reliable team players.
Hours: PT
Must be available Wednesdays and Saturdays
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Booking appointments
Checking customers in and out
Social media experience a plus
Previous experience with Meevo, Millennium, Booker or other booking system is a plus
