We are seeking a Front of House Receptionist who embodies our brand's passion for excellence and dedication to client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front of House Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Open and close the spa daily, while completing all tasks required to successfully set up and clean up for each day in preparation for clients and staff

- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy

- Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system

- Provide information about our services, products, and promotions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Assist with room turn overs between clients when necessary, assist with set up of sauna, Ballancer pro and body machines.

- Process payments and ensure accurate billing and counting of cash sales throughout the day

- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations

- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff

Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the company

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software

- Knowledge of the skincare or medical aesthetic industry is a plus

- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
