PT needed for elderly woman in Queens

Looking for a personal trainer or physical therapist to work with a 74 year old woman at home in queens. Arthritis in both knees and is generally not the most eager person to get up and move around. Our families goal is that she at least starts getting out and taking walks in the neighborhood. Looking for one hour two days out of the week.
