We are a law firm and are seeking to hire a full-time Personal Assistant to the owner.
Responsibilities include: (1) managing the owner’s schedule, including setting up meetings and interviews, travel arrangements, and business and personal appointments; (2) assisting with daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, file organization, and errand running; (3) creating, scheduling and managing posts across our social media platforms; (4) representing the company at networking activities and events; and (5) general administrative tasks. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and have previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in a 2nd language is required. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
The starting salary is $60,000 - $90,000 yearly plus overtime, bonuses, medical and dental insurance with a salary increase after 3 months.
