A busy Medical Spa in Midtown Manhattan with a friendly and cozy atmosphere is hiring for Patient Concierge position.
Must be fluent in English (bilingual with Russian or Spanish is preferable).
Currently the medical spa is open
Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 11 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday-Friday 11 AM to 6 PM.
Position Summary:
We're seeking an Office Manager to oversee various administrative tasks at our vibrant Med Spa in Midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities include employee management, supply procurement, inventory maintenance, scheduling, event coordination, customer issue resolution, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
