Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lash salon. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the overall success of the salon.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of lash artists and front desk staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and retail products as needed.
Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Implement salon policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to keep the salon competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of lash extensions and beauty treatments is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
