We are a Luxury Medical Spa in Jackson Heights, Queens and we are seeking a Full Time "Bi-lingual in Spanish" FRONT DESK SPA RECEPTIONIST with SALES EXPERIENCE.
Your responsibilities will include creating an amazing experience for our guests and managing the day to day operations. First impressions are lasting and reflect the entire spa, therefore, we are seeking a HAPPY, ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING individual who has a welcoming ATTITUDE. For this position a GOOD ATTITUDE is key.
Your TOP priority besides GUEST EXPERIENCE is CALENDAR MANAGEMENT, LEAD FOLLOW-UP and PACKAGE SALES. Therefore, bi-lingual in Spanish and a sales background is a must.
Additional responsibilities include:
Handle guests concerns with class and humility
Follow protocols and policies
Assist team members

Working Hours:
FULL TIME.
Compensation: $18/hr plus commission
