Colorist & Stylist / Hair extension Specialist

In need of a Licensed Colorist minimum 3 years experience, you actively work in the Hair Color alternating between the retail sales and service area while selling products, providing consultations, and shampoo and blow out services. This role is critical to our clients' Hair Color experience and supports navigating clients throughout their on-site visit. Preferably experienced in Balyage Coloring, color correction, fantasy colors, highlights, root touch, single color processing etc. We are a boutique salon with unique beautiful decor diverse high end clientele.There is no colorist in house therefore there is huge advantage in gaining and exchanging clientele with the salon and environment.
We are also looking for A hair extension specialist who can apply different techniques in hair extensions such as Sew In Braided wefts, Microlink wefts, Tips, and Tape Ins.
We are also looking for a special event Hair stylist or a hair stylist who does Bridal hair styling, Up dos, Hollywood waves, as well as more basic styling such as curls, Blow Outs, Crimps, Keratin treatments, etc.
What you'll:
-Deliver a hospitable client experience resulting in positive feedback and future client engagement.
-Effectively operate the front of house adhering to all company standard operating procedures, including but not limited to sales of retail, client consultations, and orders. Generate revenue for the Hair Color by building the order through additional services, hair care products and follow up appointments
-Demonstrate hospitality, sales and service behaviors in all interactions and communications with clients.
-Recommend appropriate hair color, care, and services to clients leading to achieving and exceeding clients' expectations and Hair Color sales goals.
-Exhibit a positive and collaborative approach across all interactions with clients, team members, vendors, and guests.

Who you are:
-Must possess an active cosmetology license in good standing within the state where employment will take place.
-If not currently licensed please let us know willing to work with you.
-Entry level role - Any experience in the salon or beauty industry preferred.

-Ability to multitask in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Aesthetics Atelier is looking for at least 2 years of experience and is confident working with different skin types, textures, dermaplaning, basic extraction techniques, basic massage techniques, how to perform a chemical peels is a plus, ingredient knowledge. We are looking for someone who is ready to start taking new clients right away.

-Perform facial services (which ones will depend on your experience starting out)
-Body wax, Facial wax
-Brow Tech (also can be individual in this ), Trained in Brow tinting and Brow lamination is a
-Perform advanced facial techniques
-Effectively operate the front of house adhering to all company standard operating procedures, including but not limited to sales of retail, client consultations, and orders. Generate revenue for the Skin care department by building the order through additional services and or recommending the best skincare regiment for your client.
-Assess your clients needs through skin analysis and be able to recommend treatment plans for their concerns
-Learn & maintain expert level knowledge of facial services, and all products we work with Dermalogica
-Learn & become proficient in cocktailing, chemical peels, and micro needling, massaging techniques
-Learn & become proficient in Acuity booking & Square (our appointment booking + processing system)
-Answer client questions surrounding the facial process, services offered, products and aftercare
