Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team on a commission-based basis, working one day a week. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of skincare treatments, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Provide facials and chemical peels
Consult with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to spa protocols and sanitation guidelines.
Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering outstanding service.
Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques, trends, and products.
Requirements:
Valid Esthetician license in New York.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or salon setting.
Proficiency in various facial treatments, and skincare consultations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently.
Availability to work one day a week (specific day to be determined).
Compensation:
Commission-based pay structure, with the potential to earn based on services provided and product sales.
