We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor in our new Pilates boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and be enthusiastic about educating clients on the benefits of Pilates.
Responsibilities
- Instruct Pilates classes for groups or individuals of varying skill levels
- Develop and lead engaging Pilates sessions focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall wellness
- Provide guidance on proper form and technique during exercises
- Create personalized Pilates programs tailored to clients' needs and goals
- Assist clients in setting and achieving fitness objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Early morning (7am), evening (to 8pm) and weekend session times are shared among all instructors. The exact teaching schedule is to be negotiated
Experience
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Certification in Pilates instruction or related fitness certifications (e.g., Yoga, CrossFit) is a plus
- Familiarity with program design and the ability to adapt routines for different fitness levels
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients
Job Type: Full time, Part-time.
Pay: $45 per hour + bonus and commissions on sales
