About Us:
We are a dynamic African hair braiding salon, known for our unique styles and exceptional customer service. Our salon is not just a place to get your hair done; it's a community hub where culture and beauty meet. We are currently looking for a young, energetic assistant to join our team and help us manage our day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on social media and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content.
Handle appointment bookings and customer inquiries via phone calls & booking platform.
Assist with daily salon operations as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Help maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in French (spoken).
Young and energetic with a passion for social media.
Tech-savvy and proficient in using social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Friendly, outgoing, and a team player.
Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus but not required.
