Seeking Visual Studio Freelance Programmer

Summary
A modularized Visual Basic software package was designed for a scientific project. We are looking for a freelancer to integrate the software into a user friendly package and to upgrade and expand it.
Details
We have developed a package called MASSPEC, written primarily in Visual Basic, which analyzes mass spectroscopic data for chemical structure determination. It is written in modular form where each module is run consecutively We wish to convert the modular format into a single operating unit where the modules function in the background and in an integrated fashion, thereby, making the system more reliable and user friendly.
Preliminary work has been performed in setting up a master GUI for this work. The freelance programmer will improve/expand the system and prepare an installation package.
Wages are negotiable.
