- Provide all levels of application support for the Equity Derivatives Front Office users
- Troubleshoot and diagnose trading and risk application in real-time. Review system issues and prepare requirements for the development teams
- Support End-Of-Day processes for the complex Risk system and work in partnership with Global support and development teams
- Take ownership of incidents and drive resolution. Communicate with business and IT stakeholders
- Utilize ServiceNow to record and track incidents and releases
- Track issues and prioritize workload
- Conduct releases, deployment and DR management
- Manage user queries and service requests (often requiring in-depth analysis of the technical and/or business logic of the systems)
- Utilize DevOps automation techniques
- Minimum 5 years' experience in trade floor or related support experience in Front Office trading systems
- Solid experience in Derivatives (either fixed income or equities) and trade lifecycle
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have a good understanding of Risk Management
- Strong technical and analytical skills (SQL knowledge and some scripting experience)
- Proficiency in UNIX and Windows
- Ability to show solid problem solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines
- Ability to handle a fast paced trading environment
- Self-driven, proactive
- Hands-on experiences in Autosys
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change management process
- Middleware knowledge, such as TIBCO RV/Solace
- Development skills (C# and/or Python)
- A good understanding of ITIL practices
- Knowledge of Equities EMS/OMS systems and flows
- Derivatives product pricing and risk analysis
