Job Overview:

We are seeking a Debt Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have financial management, debt resolution, and sales expertise. As a Debt Specialist, you will analyze clients files, enroll clients into debt resolution programs, and provide financial guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:

Analyze clients profiles to determine outstanding debts

Provide financial counseling and guidance to clients on debt management

Enroll clients in their tailored debt settlement plan

Manage your leads, follow ups and follow a winning sales process.

Experience:

Proven experience in debt resolution or financial management

Proven experience in sales (outbound or inbound)

Familiarity with negotiating strategies

Strong analytical skills for account analysis

Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for success.

Availability from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, 2 hour lunch breaks.

The pay structure is commission only, with a possibility of earning $75,000 to $500,000
