Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and account management. Fluency in Spanish is a plus ( but not required). This role involves analyzing market trends, driving sales, and utilizing technology to enhance the sales process. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about all the products
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
-Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers on daily basis
- Develop new business opportunities through various sales techniques
- Manage existing client accounts and build strong relationships
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
- Utilize technology tools such as (Internal Sales APPs) to track sales activities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Proven professional experience in Sale preferably in the stone industry
- Legal and authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel is required
-Available to work from Monday – Saturday - locations NJ/NY
- Familiarity with technology sales and outside sales practices
