Liba Fabrics, established in 1962, is a NYC Based Fabric Importer/Wholesaler (see www.libafabrics.com for the complete line), Manufacturer of Custom Sewing Products (i.e. Drapes, Tablecloths, Truss Covers, etc.), and Print Products (Banners, Displays, SEG Graphics). We partner with a wide variety of industries in North America including Special Events, Production, Audio Visual, Lighting, Hospitality, Apparel, and more.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Associate to support our Vice President of Sales in day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in processing sales orders, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth workflow between sales and production. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Management: Enter and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

2. Customer Follow-Up: Touch base with key accounts regarding quotes, pricing, and ongoing projects

3. Order Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of sales orders from entry to fulfillment.

4. Custom Fabrication Support: Assist with pricing, quoting, and coordination of custom orders.

What You'll Bring:

1. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

2. Excellent communication and organizational skills

3. Energetic and kind team player

4. Problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic

5. Experience with order processing, customer service, or sales support

6. Experience in textiles, printing, custom sewing, etc. a strong plus

7. Experience working with a CRM (a strong plus), Microsoft, and Google Office Suite
