We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts, managing administrative tasks, and helping to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals
- Manage sales data and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Marketing Assistance
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Assist with event planning and execution
Administrative Tasks
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other materials
- Maintain organized files and databases
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales and/or marketing experience (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
