This individual will be responsible for organizing various lists of people to call for the calling staff, coordinating the calling of people from lists with calling staff, actually helping call patients from lists as well as scheduling / managing the people that have visits scheduled by the calling team. It is very much like a phone sales or telemarketing job, just with a scheduling component.
Skills and experience:
Prior experience managing a sales team
Ability to manage different customer lists with different staff responsible for calling each one
Ability to speak easily on the phone with people and make them feel at ease
Any experience in the healthcare field
Spanish and English speaking
Job Tasks are as follows:
Organize multiple lists of potential people to call
Manage daily progress of calls / success the lists with the staff calling the people
Follow-up as needed with medical staff as needed to schedule appointments
Manage no-shows and put in place a plan to ensure all patients scheduled who miss appointments are recalled and rescheduled
Manage the process of scheduling and confirming appointments scheduled prior to visits
The people being called get:
o Compensated between $75 and $200 for their time
o Transportation provided to them to and from the clinic in a private car (Uber / Lyft)
