We are looking for highly motivated outside sales professionals to meet in person in their office, job sites, buildings and explain face to face to the benefits switching to their purchases from Jackson Plumbing. What you would do:
Meet with property owners, professionals, company-generated leads
Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes
Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets
Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects
Meet or exceed sales goals
What we need for this role:
3+ years of recent, proven outside sales experience required
Previous experience in construction highly preferred
Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in sales
Confident self-starter with a desire to earn an excellent living
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record (required)
