Aire-Master offers services and products that maintain and enhance the customer's image of quality for their customers and employees. Services include ambient scent marketing, odor control, hand care, floor and wall service, and a full range for facility products.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within your designated territory. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, promote our products, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of technical solutions.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking upselling opportunity
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory growth.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance product offerings.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
Skills
Proven experience in territory sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex software solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to conduct compelling product demos that resonate with potential customers.
Strong cold calling skills with a proactive approach to generating leads.
