Responsibilities:

- Conduct a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to potential merchants who have expressed interest in funding solutions.

- Effectively manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.

- Educate merchants on our financial products and services, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

-Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to provide comprehensive training.

-Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

-Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and techniques.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. On the high end, successful candidates have the opportunity to earn upwards of $150,000 per year. On the low end, earnings are estimated at $50,000 per year. Additionally, we offer performance-based incentives and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
