What You’ll Do

This is an in-office, inside sales position—no travel is required. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll have ample support to maximize your funding opportunities. You’ll also receive fresh, qualified leads every day to help drive your success.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. There is no base salary, but your earning potential is limitless, with top performers making $100,000 to $350,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell our financial products and services to both new and existing clients.

Identify and contact prospective clients.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and quotas.

Schedule follow-up calls and maintain thorough records of client interactions.

Qualifications

Prior phone sales experience in financial services, mortgages, loans, banking, or related fields.

Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to personal accountability.

Clear communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

A proactive, self-driven work ethic.
