Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and cold emailing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with prospects to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and cold emails to generate leads and establish new business relationships
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Research potential clients and market trends to identify new opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Languages: English (Mandatory), Spanish (Preferred)
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail

Work Schedule:
- Full-time or Part-time
- Preferred hours: 8 AM – 3 PM (flexibility may be considered)
Compensation:
- $16 – $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
