Earn between 150K-300K. This is not pie in the sky. We have 20 year old kids currently earning that. All commission. We give you 40% of the profit of each job you sell.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Sales Executives must possess outstanding social skills (people person) and the ability to effectively communicate to increase sales. Must have excellent listening skills, the ability to multi-task. Basic user of Microsoft Word, Outlook
Responsibilities
Negotiate contracts and close sales.
Build positive relationships with existing customers and obtain new leads.
Know and understand the needs of our top clients including managers and supervisors.
Apply construction knowledge to assist clients with decision-making and developing good scopes of work.
Assist estimators and supervisors with job scopes, estimates and production of work.
Generate competitive proposals in a timely manner and close sales.
Create and maintain a customer account database on all levels.
Participate in sales meetings.
