What You’ll Be Doing:
Visit residential and commercial properties to assess needs and present solutions
Conduct site walkthroughs and provide project estimates
Own the full sales process — from the first meeting through follow-ups and closing
Use your knowledge of HVAC systems to educate customers and build trust
Draft and deliver clear, compelling proposals based on customer needs
Keep detailed notes of client interactions and progress in the sales cycle
Nurture ongoing relationships with clients and ensure they’re satisfied post-installation
What You Bring:
Prior experience in HVAC sales, construction, or home improvement is a big plus
Must have strong people skills and confidence speaking to homeowners and business owners
Self-starter mindset with a track record of hitting sales goals
Familiarity with HVAC products and systems is helpful
Reliable car and driver’s license — you'll be meeting customers around the NYC metro area
Comfortable with both residential and commercial environments
Main Office is in the bronx.
