Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and outreach
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer loyalty
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (training provided)
