Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to appointment setting, contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Duties

Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.

Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads effectively.

Engage in business development activities by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and prepare for client meetings.

Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing relevant information.

Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential clients to convey the value of our offerings.

Assist in refining sales strategies based on market feedback and customer interactions.

Experience

Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred.

Familiarity with technology sales and business development practices is a plus.

Proficient in using CRM software, especially Salesforce, for lead management.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

A background in customer service is beneficial, showcasing your ability to build rapport with clients.

A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the market will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Day-time only position Office hours are 9a to 5p EST Mon-Fri

Bonus each week based on performance. If you are good, you will make over $50,000 per year.
