We are seeking ambitious and results-oriented Account Executives with a strong track record in telesales, cold calling and business development. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new business through proactive prospecting and engaging C-level executives and decision-makers over the phone and/or video online.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make over 100 cold calls daily.

Pitch Ryan & Jacobs’ commercial debt collection services to C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Close new business and achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software while cultivating your book of business.

Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and meet company objectives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of telesales, cold calling experience with a strong track record of closing deals.

Reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized.

Ambitious with a go-getter attitude; thrives in a high-performance environment.

Coachable and open to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Success in industries such as MCA, business funding, capital raising, pre-IPOs, private placements, numismatics, coins, or SaaS.

Preferred but not required: Experience in commercial debt collection.
