Looking to hire: Shift Supervisor for Queens Residential building in Astoria (Immediate Start)

Shift Supervisors are responsible to handle their shifts along with supervising and directing one other security guard. Enforce site and company rules and regulations. Follow post orders provided. Check daily reports (as needed)
Maintain upward/downward communication with our office, their guards and the client when necessary.
Experience preferred but not required, we will train the right person.
1- Fulltime position available + union benefits and annual reviews. $19 to start
(This is a MIXED SHIFT, INCLUDES 7AM TO 3PM AND 3PM TO 11PM- Also includes weekend days. We do not have a Monday through Friday schedule)
Residential building that requires deggy patrols.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Valid NYS ID (non-driver or driver)
2. 8 Hour Pre-Assignment Certificate/ and or NYS Guard License
3.High school diploma/GED
4.Social Security Card
5. 5 year employment history (All references will be verified)
6.EXCELLENT WRITING AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS (Reports are written as required)
7.Supervisory experience is a plus- doesn't have to be in Security but should be lead or supervisor
