These are the duties on top of the regular security duties:
- Manage day to day duties of the staff and write daily reports.
- Create and manage schedules of the security staff.
- Help with coverages when a call out takes place.
- Provide training and coaching sessions.
- Report daily with management about pending issues.
- Issue write-ups and disciplinary actions when needed.
Requirements:
A Clean drivers License.
A valid NYS security license active
