Job Title: Fire Life Safety Director
Location: New York City, NY $23.00 TO $25.00
Join, a leader in committed to safety and excellence. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Life Safety Director to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions for staff and occupants.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
- Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with emergency services during fire incidents or drills.
- Maintain accurate records of all fire safety activities and incidents.
Qualifications:
- Valid F-89 Fire or Life Safety Director Certificate.
- Previous experience in fire safety management, preferably in a high-rise or large facility or willing to train the right person.
- Strong knowledge of NYC fire codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
