Well Established Office Supply Company seeks Experienced, Attentive & Enthusiastic person for Daytime Shift as a Full-Time Shipping Clerk. HOURS: 10:00am-7:00pm
Applicant must be conscientious and detail oriented and be able to take directives well. Promptness and Reliability are also important. Some simple computer tasks are involved. Must have basic math skills and a basic understanding of Units of Measure. Driver's License is a big plus.
Work responsibilities include receiving and checking in merchandise, pulling orders by bin location, packing orders for shipment in a careful and organized manner, putting received items in their proper warehouse bin location, inventories, re-organizing warehouse, and some light set ups of Office Furniture.
Applicant must be able to work on their feet the entire shift, and be able to lift boxes up to 60lbs. We are located in Cypress Hills Brooklyn, 2 blocks from the J Train, right on the border with Woodhaven and Ridgewood. ON-SITE Parking is also available.
