Responsibilities:
Provide warm, rock-star level hospitable service and expert guidance to an affluent, knowledgeable customer base
We love pairings! Getting to know our customers. Their occasions, recipes and every day wine & spirits needs.
Recommend & write descriptions for delish wines and spirits tailored to customer preferences, occasions, and pairings
Maintain in-depth knowledge of regions, producers, and vintages, with an emphasis on boutique and rare selections
Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking
Conduct in-store tastings, private events, and educational experiences
Accurately process sales transactions and maintain store presentation standards
