We seek a part-time retail sales associate who genuinely loves natural skincare and beauty products to join our team. Work in a fast-paced, entertaining environment with a diverse population of customers in two locations, Chelsea and Williamsburg to meet the needs of the business, including opening and closing the storemornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible schedule 3-4 days a week. Candidates must have dynamic interpersonal and strong communication skills. Stand-out candidates will enjoy interacting with people, have a friendly-outgoing personality, and have enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals for our established small business. Candidates must multi-task and expose multiple customers to various products to move them from inquiry to sale. Experienced sales candidates must be punctual, dedicated, and excited to help grow the brand experience. Additional responsibilities include:
building relationships with loyal customers, educating customers on our product assortment, brand history, value proposition, promotions, contests, discounts, and special offers;
assist with visual merchandising of the store, product placement, and cleanliness;
efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using the POS register system and adhere to checkout standards.
conduct inventory;
ensures the selling floor is maintained and reflects the correct visual imagery of the brand esthetic;
assists with packaging products, replenishing the store, and keeping the store appealing and attractive to potential customers;
captures photos and videos of products and customer engagement for marketing purposes;
basic math skills;
high school diploma;
a degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field is a plus;
and any additional bilingual proficiency is highly desired, but not required.
