About the Role of Sales Associate: you’ll be responsible for creating an authentic experience for every guest through personalized customer service and product education. You will become an expert in our products and build lasting relationships with customers, contributing to a best-in-class experience.

What You'll Do:
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
Serve as a role model, focusing on customer-centric priorities.
Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
Support work processes before or after the store closes, including opening and/or closing the store as needed.
Be accountable for personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results.
Qualifications & Experience
A current or previous retail employee with 1 - 2+ years of experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business.
Flexible to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including holidays and weekends.
Able to utilize retail technology.
Able to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and can lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation: $18/hour
