Part Time Order Fulfillment Associate (OSKA New York)
As an empathetic fashion expert and representative of the OSKA brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer excellent, individually tailored customer service. You and the team make every purchase a special experience. To do this, you maintain the highest quality of order fulfillment and packaging, as well as return processing. You will need to show great accuracy as you gather all the necessary information via our internal POS/order systems to process and pack outgoing orders, as well as expediently process returned items and refund the customers. You provide excellent customer service over the phone or email, as you may need to contact the customers to clarify order or shipping information, and to successfully process returns/refunds. You participate in all warehouse/office organization-related duties – including, but not limited to, processing incoming stock and reprocessing returns into assigned storage areas, working with the retail shops to coordinate stock transfers or orders, and keeping the facility clean, organized, and tidy.
Qualities/skills
You love dealing with people and enjoy building a personal relationship with our customers and team members.
Excellent and neat packaging, folding, and presentation skills preparing packages of high-end clothing.
Ideally, you have already worked in retail or wholesale fashion and are keen to fully develop the possibilities of customer loyalty with the support of our CRM system.
Must have a general proficiency with PC and windows software.
Careful, accurate, and independent working style.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Team orientation and hands-on mentality.
You will need to be able to move or lift boxes exceeding 25 lbs.
Days needed: Monday – Friday, Part Time
