Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Inventory management, parts ordering and distribution
Provide excellent customer service to our retail and wholesale customers. Process parts warranty
Receive parts into inventory and maintain parts inventory
Perform inventory cycle counts and correct errors
Maintain order and cleanliness in parts department
Skills needed to succeed in this position:
Multilingual is a plus (Russian, Spanish)
Sales experience
Excellent Communication and Customer service skills
Product knowledge (parts department experience in a similar industry)
Inventory management experience
Problem-solving
Neatness and Accuracy
Detail oriented with great organizational abilities
Computer proficiency
Knowledge of QuickBooks great plus
