Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their shipping and packaging needs, provide retail support, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store. If you have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with packing, shipping, and mailing services (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).
Provide guidance on the best shipping options based on customer needs.
Process shipments, print labels, and handle package drop-offs.
Handle sales transactions, including shipping, office supplies, and other store products.
Manage mailbox rentals, both physical and virtual, including sorting and distributing mail.
Operate printing, copying, and fax machines for customer requests.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.
Follow safety procedures and ensure packages meet shipping regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous retail, shipping, or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time (flexible shifts, including weekends as needed).
Pay: 17/hour
