We are currently ONLY offering late night shifts at the moment. Please only inquire if you are available to work 30-35 hours, between the hours of 4pm to 2am.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive advice on cannabis strains, effects, methods of consumption, and safety procedures to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale of cannabis.
- Manage inventory levels, organize product displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and the medicinal benefits of cannabis.
- Stay informed on the latest cannabis news, trends, and products to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (2 years), preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.
