Are you a passionate individual with a flair for luxury handbag and wallet sales and a love for engaging audiences? Join our team as a Livestream Sales Representative and turn your enthusiasm for high-end retail into an exciting career opportunity! As a Live Show Host, you will represent our business by selling and auctioning pre-owned luxury handbags and wallets through a live auction from our studio. You will interact with all clients virtually and all sales will be made virtually. Please note that this is not a remote job and you will be required to travel to our studio in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn (11228). Applicants must be available to work 10 or 12 hour shifts and must be available at least 4-5 days a week. The pay is commission only or an hourly rate + commission. Depending on your pace in the livestream and in auctioning/selling items, the pay will range from $20-30/hr. Please note that this is not a summer job - we are looking for long-term sales representatives. We do also have roles available in the packaging team with shorter hours - feel free to include your interest in this role as well.
Pay: Approx. $20 - $30 per hour (commission pay)

Qualifications:
Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of experience as a live stream host, live show auctioning, luxury or designer salesperson, sales associate, handbag sales, customer service, luxury consignment, second hand luxury, or related fields, but not required. A willingness to learn is most important.
Location: Must be living in or near the New York City and able to travel to Brooklyn, NY 11228 (Dyker Heights)
Education: College degree preferred but not required
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English
Personality: Outgoing with the ability to develop relationships and engage with customers. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during live streams
Attitude: Accommodating, positive, and willing to be accountable
Skills: Excellent communication, listening skills, an engaging on-camera presence and the ability to explain complex information clearly. Familiarity with live streaming technologies and platforms. Strong understanding of the retail/consumer product industry, luxury brands and styles, as well as the second-hand luxury industry.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-disciplined and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision. Self-starter and problem-solver that is able to find solutions and satisfy customers when problems arise.
Organization: Detail-oriented with excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and entertainment skills
Learning: Desire for continuous learning and personal growth
Responsibilities:
Host livestream shows to showcase luxury wallets and bags
Engage with the audience to promote and sell products
Effectively explaining product features and benefits
Build and maintain relationships with customers by interacting with customers live, responding to inquiries, and handling concerns
Keeping up with industry trends, and using this knowledge to maintain an engaging and relevant live stream
Manage inventory and ensure high-quality presentation of products
Working closely with our packaging and product teams to organize sold products and plan new product launches
Managing technical aspects of the live stream, including setting up and troubleshooting if necessary
