Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, seafood sales experience is a plus. This role offers a competitive hourly rate along with commission incentives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, with a focus on upselling our products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Utilize effective sales techniques to generate new leads and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, seafood industry.
Strong cold calling skills and comfort with making outbound calls.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
